Services offered for iPod repair include screen replacement, battery replacement, flash storage upgrades, housing replacement, headphone jack repair, water damage assessment, and more.
iPod (1 – 7, aka “Classic”)
1st Generation: Parts are rare and expensive. We take great care to treat your collectibles gently.
2nd Generation: Parts are uncommon, but they are repairable.
3rd Generation: Not too difficult to service, but they have their quirks. Inquire for more info.
4th Generation: One of the simplest iPods to work on, and a great candidate for upgrades. Please provide the model number of your iPod as there are multiple devices that fall under this umbrella.
5th Generation: Many popular mods are available for these. Please provide the model number of your iPod as there are two different models available.
6th & 7th Generation: These iPods are difficult to open, but have plenty of available upgrades. We are careful, but sometimes the aluminum finish can get scratched during repair. Please provide the model.
iPod Mini
iPod Mini 1st & 2nd Generation: Excellent iPods to work on and use. They are low risk and fairly low-cost, though parts are becoming more rare as time goes on. They are excellent upgrade candidates.
iPod Touch
1st Generation: Parts are available, and fairly straightforward to repair.
2nd Generation: Parts are available, and repairs are fairly easy, though sometimes the rubber gasket around the screen can tear depending on how it has held up to the years.
3rd Generation: Touchscreens are very hard to find for these iPods, but everything else is common.
4th Generation: Parts are plentiful for these, and repairs are very possible.
5th Generation: Parts are still produced for these. Charging port repairs can be difficult to solder.
6th/7th Generation: Parts are still produced, but the charging port repairs require difficult soldering.
iPod Nano
1st Generation: Serviceable. Parts are somewhat hard to find, but can be found.
2nd Generation: Incredibly difficult to repair. Contact for more info.
3rd Generation: Can be fixed, but some parts are hard to come by.
4th Generation: Very difficult to repair. Battery replacements are the most common, and the most risky.
5th Generation: Very difficult to repair. Battery replacements are the most common, and the most risky.
6th Generation: Relatively straightforward repairs, when quality parts are used.
7th Generation: Parts are readily available, though there is an inherent risk to disassembly.

We offer repair services for all models, but especially cater to older devices. With training that extends to devices of all ages, we can get your old iPod working again, with reliable replacement parts.
Payment info:
Acceptable forms of payment include Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Debit, and e-transfer.
We do not take credit cards over the phone, or any form of cheque.
We do not release devices without payment. If work has been performed with an agreed upon price, the device will be held until payment is made. After 60 days of non-payment with no agreed resolution, the device will be sold or donated to recoup costs.
