We are locally owned and operated in Calgary, Alberta. We also accept mail-in repairs for most devices. We can’t claim to be “geniuses” like the Apple store would have you think, but we can fix much more without the fancy title. Independant repair shops often don’t have corporate ties that limit their repairs.
